Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain enduring relationships with existing and potential clients / Top Brands.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on potential clients' products or services and determine the geographic location of their primary customer base to tailor sales strategies.
  • Client Meetings and Presentations: Arrange and lead meetings with the potential clients to present advertising proposals, address concerns, and negotiate terms.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Assist the marketing team in creating compelling media kits and promotional plans to effectively showcase our post-production services.
  • Sales Support and Training: Actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops to stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights.
  • Product Knowledge and Value Proposition: Articulate the benefits and value of our video post-production services to persuade clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Customized Recommendations: Offer expert advice on appropriate formats, advertising mediums, and font sizes based on client-specific requirements and objectives.
  • Sample Advertisements: Develop and present sample advertisements to showcase the capabilities and quality of our post-production services.
  • Establishing and Nurturing Industry Relationships: Leverage existing network and actively build new connections with brand managers and marketing heads in various industries.
  • Identifying Client Needs: Understand the specific requirements and preferences of potential clients, tailoring proposals to their unique post-production needs.
  • Pitching Video Post-Production Services: Offer professional advice on the most suitable services and approaches based on client-specific projects and objectives.
  • Facilitating Smooth Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and our internal operations and creative team, ensuring all project details and expectations are clearly communicated and met.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Keep track of client interactions, negotiations, and progress, providing regular updates to the management team.
 
Requirements:
•    Proven track record of successful sales in the video post-production or related industry or agency
•    Strong network and must have established connections with brand managers and marketing heads.
•    In-depth knowledge of video post-production services, including editing, VFX, animation, dubbing, etc.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
•    Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
•    MBA in sales & Marketing 
•    Proven experience working as a sales representative, preferably in the post-production industry.
•    Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
•    Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
•    Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
